Our apartment guest house consists of 2 houses and enjoys a quiet location off the main roads at the foot of the Kaiser mountains, about a 15-minute walk from the centre of Ellmau.
    We are located directly at the cross-country ski run and the bike trail, and in the immediate vicinity of a 27-hole golf course. In winter, the free ski bus stops only 300 metres away, and the “Ellmauer Kaiserbad” leisure complex is only 1.5 km away.
    The Pension Apartment Steiner features a cosy lounge with fireplace, a tea kitchen, a terrace, a table tennis and fitness room, a bicycle room, a ski storage room with a heated ski boot room, a large car park and an approximately 900 m² sunbathing area with a children’s playground where barbecue evenings take place in summer.

    In our house we only offer breakfast buffet. In addition, you have the option to choose a half-board arrangement at the Hotel Blattlhof (about a 7-minute walk away):
- 4-course evening meal (choice of dishes) with salad and dessert buffet
- 1 x barbecue evening with music in the summer
- 1 x a week farmer’s buffet in winter
Half-board also available on a day-by-day basis, can be booked on your day of arrival.

    Surrounded by the Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski and mountain arena, the impressive landscape at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain offers everything for unforgettable summer and winter fun. Summer activities include hiking, mountain biking and climbing, while in winter, skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and much more are offered.

There is an obligatory end-cleaning fee of EUR 15 for the apartment for 2 people and EUR 30 for the apartment for 4 people.
