Home-made bread, fruits and vegetables from our own garden and meat from nature-orientated animal husbandry. All from our own farm. “Rooted to the soil” and traditional - this is our cuisine. No extravagances regarding the ingredients. Nothing is used that had to travel too far. Everything is still fresh. Nevertheless, the variety leaves nothing to be desired. Our chef is the director, fresh products are his actors, old pots his extras. Your job is to enjoy, relax and applaud.
