The inn is also very close to the castle ruins. We are very flexible regarding breakfast hours. Upon arrangement, our guests may even come as early as 06:00 or after 10:00. The speciality of our house is home-made apricot jam, which can also be purchased. The idyllic community of Senftenberg is situated in the lower Krems Valley. The village's landmark is the castle ruin which is situated above the parish church. The hotel is an ideal starting point for trips into the Wachau, the Kamp Valley, the Waldviertel or Vienna. Within a few minutes' drive you can easily reach Krems, Göttweig Monastery, Grafenegg Castle, the Loisium World of Wine or the romantic village of Dürnstein. All wine taverns and shops can be easily reached within a few minutes' walk. By train: Go to Krems/Donau from Vienna-Westbahnhof via St. Pölten, or directly from Vienna's Franz-Josephs-Bahnhof.
