Our Apparthouse Rosenheim offers natural living and the highest level of comfort in an ideal location in Schladming, only 50 metres from the Planai cable car station and a 3-minute walk from the centre.
    We offer 6 comfortable apartments, a solarium and a Turkish steam bath. All apartments feature a living room with kitchen, one or 2 bedrooms, and a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as a snug tiled stove. In winter you can ski right up to the house.
    As a Sommercard partner hotel, you can use certain services free of charge (Planai cable car, ride to the Dachstein glacier, all buses and toll roads, all swimming lakes, etc.). Schladming’s indoor adventure pool is only a 5-minute walk away. In summer there is free admission, while in winter there are reduced admission charges for hotel guests.

Several restaurants can be reached in a 5-minute walk.

    The countless summits and 300 mountain lakes of the Schladminger Tauern mountains are a paradise for active vacationers, with 1,000 km of hiking trails, 500 km of bicycle and mountain bike trails, 40 running and Nordic walking trails, 4 golf courses and 8 fixed rope routes on the south-facing walls of the Dachstein. In addition, there is rafting, canyoning, archery and paragliding. The latest Dachstein attraction is the 'Dachstein Sky Walk' viewing platform, offering a 360-degree view from Slovenia in the south to the Czech Republic in the north.
