The Alpenresidenz am Mühlbach is a newly built apartment house in an idyllic and quiet location in the centre of Obergurgl, offering an exceptionally pleasant and friendly ambience and breathtaking mountain views.
    All our apartments, including the houses “Annakogl” and “Barbara”, are light-flooded and combine modern comfort with traditional cosiness. In summer our house is located directly at the big network of hiking trails, while in winter it is directly at the slopes and the ski school. The ski bus stop is only 70 metres away. 5 times a week in winter, you can use the sauna at the “Haus Annakogl” for free. Every house offers free parking spaces.

Our apartments are self-catering; we do offer bread rolls every day except Sundays.

For payment, we only accept cash (in EUR - other currencies on request).
End-cleaning charges for the apartments are as follows:
B-1, C-1, D-1, D-6: EUR 50
B-2, C-2, D-2, D-5, D-7: EUR 40
D-3: EUR 60
B-3, D-4: EUR 70
Extra beds can be provided in the apartments upon request.
Late arrival:
All guests must also advise the property if they anticipate arriving later than 18:00.
